Our rates and fees are very reasonable and depend on the complexity of the case or type of legal issues involved. Some matters will require an initial and/or additional retainer(s). Some matters will require no fees in advance, only a litigation or contingency contract. Divorce and family law cases are usually billed at $450 per hour.
If your case involves fees, you can be absolutely confident that Mesa Law is fair and honest in its billing practices. The firm provides fully itemized statements to its clients. If a retainer is required, you will only be charged for work actually performed on your case. Any monies not used will be refunded directly to you upon case completion.
