Attorney Christina Mesa has been a certified mediator for over eight years. She performs mediation services in county, circuit civil, and pre-suit matters. She is AV Rated, the highest rating accomplishment awarded by Martindale-Hubbell®, and has been practicing law in Tampa for over 30 years.
Travel Mediations are usually held at our facility. If you require Mrs. Mesa to travel to your location outside of Hillsborough County, rates and terms are arranged by agreement; session hours are billed at the full, applicable rate.
Cancellations Notice of cancellation is required at least 24 business hours before a scheduled mediation. If less than that is provided, payment is expected for the 2-hour minimum fee applicable.
Billing Invoices for mediation fees will be presented to the parties at the close of the mediation conference. Payment is expected at that time, unless alternative arrangements have been secured prior to commencement of the mediation.
